Henri’s Home Author Night

Mazie Gable Elementary School hosted a Henri’s Home Author Night.

On March 4, 2021  an Author Night for Henri’s Home was held.  I read my first children’s book in a virtual setting to students and their families in the Red Lion School District Elementary School. Principal Melissa Swarr and her team of Reading Specialists Megan Smith and Amy Jackson helped to created a wonderful experience.

It was a huge success. The students from Mazie Gable enjoyed the different voices I used for Henri’s friends of the sea.

At the end of the evening the students participated in a raffle for a copy of Henri’s Home.  Each grade had a winner.

Thank you to all and I hope to return in the fall with a sequel to Henri’s Home.
