The Extra Ordinary Give
The Extra Ordinary Give is Friday November 19, 2021 in Lancaster, PA. It is Lancaster County’s largest day of giving.
For 24 hours you can donate online to over 500 local organizations at http://www.ExtraGive.org.
I personally will be supporting the Lancaster Public Library. I am participating in their Read Around the Block event.
On Friday November 19th I will be outside on Penn Square from 11:00- 12:00pm. I will be reading my newest children’s book, Henri to the Rescue. This hardback book is beautifully illustrated by Lancaster’s own Lisa Madenspacher http://www.lisamadenspacher.com

Henri, a young hermit crab, has a dangerous adventure with his new friend, Simon the Sea Turtle. They learn how to use their own strengths to solve their problem together.
I am proud to be supporting the Lancaster Public Library once again. Last May I helped to kick-off their 2021 Summer Reading Program with an author event by reading our first children’s picture book, Henri’s Home and giving away copies of Henri’s Home -The Coloring Book to participants.

So if you are free on Friday November 19 at 11:00am-12:00pm, come on down to Penn Square in downtown Lancaster for The Extra Ordinary Give and say hi! Tell your friends! There will be a FREE finale event from 6pm to midnight OUTSIDE in Penn Square with live music.
Even if you cannot come in person, I encourage you to support Lancaster Public Library through a donation at http://www.ExtraGive.org . Help children, teens, and adults have improved access to knowledge.
