My friend Andrea told me about the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor, NJ. It is a favorite of hers and her grandchildren. It is now a favorite of mine.

According to its web site http://www.wetlandsinstitute.org

The Wetlands Institute  promotes appreciation, understanding, and stewardship of coastal and wetland ecosystems through programs in research, conservation, and educational experiences …

On a hot August day I drove to to the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor,NJ. Here, I wanted to check out its Tidepool Gift Shop.

When I arrived, the manager, Kimberly Dmytro, graciously reviewed all three of my Henri books. On the spot, she agreed to carry all of them in the shop!  And that is how Henri arrived in such a perfect place.

Since that time, my youngest grandchildren have visited the Wetlands Institute. I knew they would love it. Especially Will, my nature loving explorer.

My grandchildren and their cousin were especially delighted to see their Mimi’s books on display. My family is my core fan base.

So now, Henri is at the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor, NJ.

Henri’s Home, Henri’s Home Coloring book, and Henri to the Rescue grace the shelves of this new venue. I am so pleased with Henri’s progress!

If you are ever in the Stone Harbor, NJ area, stop in the Wetlands Institute. I know you will enjoy it!
